Bachelor of Arts and Diploma in Education & Masters in Education Administration First career was as a secondary school teacher, Head of English Faculty and Student Manager Subsequently participated in a Teacher Release Into Industry Program working in the automotive industry, specifically a consortium that included the leading scientific organisation, federal government to showcase Australia’s automotive technology to international markets. Combining industry skills and education background, Kallie took up a role with one of RMIT University’s subsidiary company in international education. The work involved commercializing English language programs for a diverse range of international markets such as Asia and the Middle East. The programs catered for, amongst others, the aviation industry, educators, public servants and accountants. Kallie joined Teach For Australia at the end of 2010 and has held various roles.
