
Kristi Klaasmägi was appointed as the CEO of Noored Kooli Foundation in January 2013. Before joining the Noored Kooli, Kristi had a career at the Institute of International Education (IIE) in Washington, DC, working for the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship, a 10-month long study and professional experience program for mid-career professionals from the developing countries all over the world. At IIE, Kristi developed a thorough understanding of the management and development of the educational exchange programs. She is a founding member of a liberal youth movement Reformierakonna Noortekogu. Kristi is a mother of two young children and lives with her family in Tallinn, Estonia.
